Account deletion

You can delete a ClubHub account inside the app or request deletion by email. This page is publicly available so account and data requests can be started without signing in.

Delete a ClubHub account in the app

Open ClubHub and sign in to the account you want to remove.
Open Profile.
Select Legal & support.
Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

Request deletion by email

Email from the address associated with your account. State the product name and write “Delete my account and associated data.” We may ask for limited information needed to verify account ownership.

What deletion covers

Deletion removes the ClubHub account and personal data associated with it from active systems, subject to limited retention that may be required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or reliable backup rotation. Information held independently by a golf course or booking provider is controlled by that third party and must be requested from them directly.

ClubCurrent and other requests

ClubCurrent is not currently presented here as a public account-based service. To make any privacy or deletion request involving ClubCurrent or another Harvest Forge service, email [email protected].
